I pressed the refill into my palette and the champagne tone blends so effortlessly, it's like the shimmer was made for my skin tone. The lustre finish catches the light without looking glittery, and it layers beautifully over a matte base.

The champagne shimmer is exactly that pearly glow the description promises, and it layers beautifully without looking chalky. Only wish the refill came with a tiny bit of protection in the packaging, since the surface arrived with a faint fingerprint.

The pearly champagne shimmer is subtle enough for work but builds nicely when I layer it over a matte base. It does have a bit of fallout if I’m not careful with my brush, though the glow it leaves is worth the extra tap-off.
